| Business Process Review |
The Business Process Review (BPR) leverages the existing work product performed by the selection team to provide the basis for the optimal integrated system design. The BPR is not only an information collection and analysis activity, but is the foundation of the leveling of knowledge between end-users, the internal implementation team and NexVue. |
| System & Implementation |
Design Based on the BPR NexVue will prepare the strategy documents covering the areas described below. This task requires extensive participation of Client personnel to understand the system design, final solution and resource requirements. |
| Data Conversion Strategy |
Client and NexVue work together in designing a data conversion strategy. |
| Full Workflow Prototyping |
This involves extensive full system testing. This phase is most critical to implementation success and requires the most involvement of the functional users. An “extreme” transaction test set will be developed and run on a reiterative basis checked against expected results. The prototype basis is initiated as a function of a trial test conversion and reflects current and accurate data from the existing platform. |

Provide system users with training on daily and monthly procedures for operating and reporting for their functional responsibilities. |
| Reporting and Analytics |
Resource requirements vary greatly based on management’s ability and desire to use this information for strategic purposes and higher level control. |
| Customizations |
This involves design, development and implementation of specific modifications to the financial/project series. NexVue and the Client acknowledge that customizations may be identified and requested during the implementation process and prior to acceptance of the prototype. |
| Cut-over Preparation |
A coherent and feasible cut-over strategy is critical to reducing the risk of Go-Live. Adequate preparation for the cut-over will minimize risk and reduce the interruption to business operating activities. |
| Post-implementation
Support |
This serves as a clean-up period, including assistance through month-end closes, additional screen modifications, additional reporting, supplemental training and priority support. |
