Business Development Manager / ERP Sales Leader
NexVue is seeking high energy, highly motivated sales leaders to sell 2nd generation Cloud ERP solutions to small and medium sized businesses in the New York metro area. The Business Development Manager will develop new opportunities and manage in-bound leads from initial call to close. We are an organization that welcomes innovative thinkers and autonomous players. In your role as sales leader, you will have the most experienced ERP consultants in the industry to support you throughout the sales process. This new generation of Cloud ERP represents a major growth opportunity for NexVue and provides an exciting and fun opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career.
The successful candidate will:
• Achieve sales results by prospecting, identifying and closing strategic deals
• Develop new client prospects as well as maintaining and building existing customer relationships
• Manage vendor relationships and lead referrals
• Work with in-house telemarketing and marketing to develop and implement sales campaigns
• Actively manage sales process from start to finish
• Participate in on-site demos and presentations
• Develop proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms
• Proven track record of achievement in ERP sales environment
• Highly motivated and passionate team player with drive to succeed
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Minimum 3+ years new business sales experience
• Minimum 2+ years selling financial, accounting or ERP software to mid and senior executives
